Many people will insist that you need to spend money to make money.

While there is some truth to that, however how much money you need to spend is the issue.

Obviously if you don’t need to spend much to make thousands that is the most ideal.

So the questions is how much do you have to spend?

One thing I think we can establish right away is that when you put money out into a program, any program you will need to go out and bring other people to join that program and to have them to do the exact same thing you did.

So if you spend $2000 – $4000, would you feel comfortable making another person to do the same?

If your answer is NO, you may have to think again before putting money out and never to see it again.

Most of us when being presented an opportunity have the illusion that money will just appear out of the sky and drop right in front of our house. We don’t consider the fact that we may have to ask another human beingto turn around and pay us that same amount.

Of course you have to understand that asking one person to give you that money only returned your principle. If you need to make a profit from it, you can’t stop at one, you have to involve more people, the more the merrier.

So granted if you start out with high dollar amounts, after you get one person the rest is gravy. Especially if you are capable of tapping into a pool of people, it can make you wealthy over night.

But you need to understand that everyone that came in and forked over their money also wants to go out and get other people to fill their pockets and they need to get more than one person to do that for them

So what happens after a while is there are hundreds maybe thousands of people out there that needs to do the same.

Even though the demands are up but the pool of supply still stays the same. So for the late comers the market gets more saturated and harder to convert.

So if you are one who is not comfortable approaching people and not good at taking money, large sums of money from people, you better off staying away from this kind of programs.

So no wonder this kind of programs comes and goes. They can’t stay long because the demand outstrips supply.

When that happens the first group of people whom made money will jump into something else brand new and they do it over again. But the late comers struggle and not make any money back from their investment, or have to spend way too much advertising their program and watch their returns diminish.

Many of these programs don’t have any tangible products you can use in return for the large sums of money you put in. All they give you is the online affiliate back office that you can track your recruits, and not much else. In other words it’s pretty much up to you how you are going to get your money back.

Even though the thousands of dollars looks great on paper but when you need to cold call and hunt people down to smooth them over into your way of thinking it becomes a less appealing prospect when you need to do it over and over and not find one person that is willing to open their pockets up to you.

Not to mention the guilt knowing that some of the people that did are the desperate one’s who are looking for exra money and are taking your words that they can find their wealth doing it your way. Those that when they pay you their money may not be able to pay rent, buy food or feed their kids.

So these are things that you can expect if you think you want to go into high dollar 2000 – 4000 ventures, so many went into it and found themselves stuck not being able to get their money back. So think carefully when you have stars in your eyes and blinded by the gold that are promised you. It is not as easy or as wonderful as you might think.

By the way if you expect the person that got you into this, to stay around helping you; as they had promised you over and over again, think again.
Many disappears soon after they get your money and suddenly becomes impossible to find.
